Snowflake Wishes Workshop

This year your wishes will come true! Transform your reality by engaging your emotional and aesthetic intelligence on subconscious levels, and attract what you really want, by combining two powerful realization methods: Neurographics and Olfactory therapy. This mega-combo is not only joyful and relaxing but it will boost your subconscious mind to shift toward your dreams and goals.

How That Works?

• Neurographics is a graphic drawing method of managing emotional intelligence by stimulating new neural connections in the brain combining art, philosophy, and psychology.  The world is a reflection of the beliefs we hold. Beliefs are arbitrary limits on what is possible, and therefore frame the limited way in which the world is experienced. The goal of Neurographics is to replace old thinking patterns and to transform your reality by recreating the outer from the inner.

• Olfactory therapy is a therapy method based on the connection between scents and emotions connection.  Olfactory (smell) receptors are directly connected to our limbic system in the brain, which is thought to be the seat of emotion. The olfactory center also interacts directly with the hippocampus, a brain area involved in the formation of old traumas and new memories. Odors influence our moods and emotions and have a direct impact on how we think (cognition) and how we act (behavior).

What Will We Do?

Prior to the masterclass please create a wishlist of the things you would like to attract to your life this year. (We recommend choosing up to 5 wishes). Together we will unleash our emotional state and activate the exact emotions that are linked to our goals. We will visualize things we want to achieve but it is going to be a very unique visualization: we will add a scent to it and also will graphic it with a neurograpic method! Every scent evokes a specific emotion, and while all the participants will be busy with drawing and working on their wishlists, Rooslana will create a unique blend of scents for every participant, depending on the emotions they would like to enhance in order to achieve their goals.

No previous experience in drawing/graphics is required. Irena will guide us step by step and provide all the necessary materials and tools.
